Kathy Lowman has served as the Office Manager and Project Assistant for Stephen Clouse & Associates since 1999. Kathy has an extensive background as an office manager for several firms, as a secondary education teacher and as a property manager. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Texas State Teacher’s Certification from Lamar University.

Kathy lives with her husband in Oakton, Virginia.  They have two sons and a granddaughter.
